Stake — player complaint #22519, 2026-02-09: withheld payouts

Casino: Stake Casino Website:▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Issue description: I made multiple deposits to Stake Casino starting from December 26, 2025. While some deposits were successful, five (5) deposits were deducted from my payment method but were never credited to my Stake account. I contacted Stake Casino support multiple times via both email and live chat. Each time, I provided complete payment details including UTR numbers, bank statements, and payment screenshots. Stake support has repeatedly stated that they have “not received the funds” and has refused to take accountability for the missing deposits. They have not provided any reconciliation report or proof showing that the funds were not received or that they were returned to my bank. Instead, I was advised to contact my bank and raise a complaint with the RBI, despite the fact that the funds were successfully debited and all transaction confirmations have already been shared with Stake. This issue does not involve bonuses, wagering requirements, or any breach of terms. It is strictly a missing deposit/payment processing issue. I am requesting either: 1) Credit of the five missing deposits to my Stake account, or 2) A full refund to the original payment method. All supporting evidence, including UTRs, bank statements, payment screenshots are attached
