Spinia - casino deny bonus and witholding deposit
had reg an account with spinia months and months ago after numerous promotional emails recieved i made my first deposit of $25nzd via skrill as soon as deposit recieved by casino they denied welcome bonus upon myself accessing casino chat to enquire about the missing bonus i was told that due to my having another account reg i do not get bonus, i questioned this other account and was told to contact support via email if want discuss further. so i did outlining dont know what they are talking about etc have had emails etc from spinia promoting the bonus they now say cant have etc etc i then requested withdrawel/refund of my $25nzd back to skrill as do not trust spinia anymore when support replied it was to say that i have another account with no bonuses and will not get bonuses etc on this account due to bonus abuse, also that they are looking into confiscating my winnings and not refunding they then asked for ontop of all other documents had already provided casino copy of my licence front and back screeenshot of depost frpm skril and proof of adress, they wanted a photo of myself holding my licence with details clearly visable, even though i am puzzeled as to why so much required for a simple refunded deposit i complied they then proceeded to deny my withdrawel request another 4 times stating needing more verification of address etc i have every time complied and proved what they ask. I am very much in the belief that for some reason this casino has chosen [EDIT] that i will never see my money etc it has left a foul taste in my mouth at just the extend of depravity displayed by a surposed professional casino that bears certail trustworthy icons ie malta authority gaming etc. I have screen shots and copies of any and all coms simply just want my money back and to forget all about spinia
