Spinia - does not complete my withdraw after verification all documents they tell me a duplicated account has to verify aswell but there is no other account.
After playing long time on spinia never made a withdraw i finaly won some money i tried to withdraw but had to upload all documents. i send the exactly the same documents as i use for casumo/slotsmillions casino etc. the pictures i sended were no good at all and had to send many more. after i completed the verification they told me there was another reason that the withdraw keps canceling. the contact support tells me there is another (duplicated account) i don't know where they are talking about. untill that account verified aswell i cannot withdraw my money? this seems like a scam and i checked the internet forums and i read it on more sites that spinia does it this way. I assume they just hold their ground and i can forget my money but with this complain i hope to PREVENT OTHER PLAYERS TO PLAY ON SPINIA BECAUSE THEY DO EVERYTHING TO CANCEL OR JUST REFUSE TO WITHDRAW!!!
