Spinia — player complaint #63527, 2020-07-01: withheld payouts

hello dear sir / madam, on June 27 I won 1200 euros with lightning roulette at spinia casino with an account I just created. When I wanted to pay out this amount, support told me to download documents to verify my account. I then neatly did this. Later that day I received an email from support in which they stated that they do not pay me and collect my 1200 euros won because I would have made 2 accounts. I kindly explained to them that this really isn't the case and that they should check this carefully as this was the only account where I uploaded documents and used my email address. They hardly listen to me and keep saying that it is a certain decision of the management. I would like them to cash out my winnings because I feel this is my right and I don't have a second account. Anyone can have used my name and data, but I certainly was not. They cannot prove this to me either because it is private according to them. I also didnt use bonus and played only with my own money.
