Slotty Vegas - Credit withdrawn by the casino
My credit of 300€ have been withdrawn by the casino and they are not giving it back. They say that i have bet with bonus money higher than is possible.
At my first deposit i used bonus money and played.
After that i made three more deposits and continued playing all with raw cash i made sure the bonus is forfeited.
I was lucky to earn 300€.
When i came back money that i earned playing raw was deducted by my account and they offer no solution neither they wrote to me that i was breaking their policies or something by the time i was loosing.
This was so unfair by their side as i managed to earn some and they are not even trying to come into a middle to just send me the amount i deposited.

Slotty Vegas - Account Closed Winnings Voided
I just received an email from Slotty Vegas, stating my winnings are voided as they think I am linked to another player.
I dont even understand what that means and I can guarantee I am the only one in my household using the casino.
I think they are finding ways to avoid the payment as this is quite a large win of £2k. I am already a verified member at Slotty Vegas and went through other withdrawal successfully.
This win comes as a result of a bonus offer wagering. It looks like that is not part of the issue as the only contested item is point 5.6 re accounts linked to the same player.
Can I see proofs on how this was determined/verified? As I already said I am the only person in my family using the website.
Furthermore, my account was closed and they are not replying to my emails.
Many thanks,

Slotty Vegas - non-payment
I was wagering money and didnt do a £5 bet while wagering the casino has a limit to stop you doing this anyway so i went to withdraw my winnings and they stated once it was real money that even when i did £5 or over in bets it was against there terms which it isnt as wagering was done and it was now real money i need this sorted as this is ridicilous just because i won a large amount, the casino also said it was several £10 bets that i cant remember ever doing and they said i quote "sometimes we turn a blind eye" meaning they sometimes dont even adhere to there own terms and i should be able to get this money back as a new player, the fact they said sometimes they turn a blind eye which i have screenshots and proof of gives enough that i can get my money back i just need help from you guys

Slotty Vegas - Confiscated winnings
They confiscated all winnings from me after they concluded the computer I was using had some VPN connections which i wasn't even aware of and this stuff is against their terms. I understand that but they didn't even warn me about it at all or tried to communicate the issue, they just confiscated 1500 pounds of winnings from a good verified account and closed my account for good. Whenever i had some issues with other casinos , I always received some email about it beforehand and I made sure it won't happen again, but they seemingly pray for people to make some mistake and win so they can keep it and close the account. I find this extremely alarming at a casino.

Slotty Vegas - Took the money, then told me I had another (phantom) account when I won - voided winnings
A couple of days ago, I decided to join Slotty Vegas after a friend referred me to them. I signed up, joined - and strangely - before any verification docs were submitted I was allowed to freely deposit. I had submitted my information for KYC, since I know by law that this is required - so did this happily off my own back (I agree that this practice should be adopted) - I noted that my docs were cleared and verified. Great.
I deposited a total of £600 and won around £3000 - when suddenly, boom, my account was blocked (around a day or so after I opened the account - and had gambled for a good few hours). I thought it strange, so decided to contact customer services, where I was told that I had simply had to wait until my account was fully verified. I thought that was strange given it had been over 24 hours and was allowed to freely gamble in this time. Sure enough though, wasn't an issue, I knew I had submitted all documentation required and was happy with the winnings!
Then, today, I get an email stating the following from John in the verification team:
_________________________
We have identified another account with the same registration details which is in breach of our Term & Condition 5.6 which states the following:
In all cases, only one account per customer, per household, per address, per shared computer and per shared IP address will be allowed to sign up and make use of SlottyVegas Casino. SlottyVegas Casino may and will determine whether multiple accounts are linked to the same person.
As a result your winnings have been voided, account closed and your deposits £600 will be refunded within the next 24 hours
_____________________
Now, I've never had a Slotty Vegas - I was recommended to Slotty Vegas. I gamble primarily with 21 Casino and two others. But even saying that I HAD had an account but simply forgot about it, surely at the verification stage Slotty Vegas shouldn't let you gamble away merrily £600 before addressing the problem 48 hours after signing up? Shouldn't the KYC / verification process be in place BEFORE allowing a punter to gamble?
I'm sorry, but this just seems like a complete kop-out for me. Slotty Vegas just didn't want to pay me the £2400 I had won from my £600 deposit - it's just plain and simple.
I believe I am fully entitled to the winnings that I grafted to get, it feels like completely robbery to say, nope, sorry, you may have another account, so let's strike that £2400 off? That just seems brutal. Surely if I DID have another account (which again, I'm adamant I do not) the thing to do here would be to honour the pay out (since the verification seemed to be approve by letting me gamble for 48 hours before even closing my account) and then close the account?
Just seems really scummy that you can do that with impunity and I honestly feel robbed. If I had a an account with you, I'd of played on that account, but I didn't have an account.
It all seems incredibly unfair - and I'm hoping the casino can see this from that perspective.
- I sign up
- You allow me to deposit
- I submit KYC
- You allow me to gamble and win over a 48 hour period
- Suddenly block me when I win telling me that I have another account (after verification had been granted)
- Void my winnings
I wouldn't write this if I didn't feel I was in the right. I don't moan if I lose - I play the game. I had played for hours to work up my balance (and had a great time doing it) - just for this kick in the n*uts.
Crazy!
Thanks,

Slotty Vegas - UK self-exclusion breach
Hi - hope someone here can offer some advice - thanks in advance.

In short, I deposited £350 over two deposits at Slotty Vegas. After losing it all, I gave up and logged out.

But then I noticed that my other browser had saved logon/password details for an old Slotty Vegas account. I tried logging into that to see if there was a balance, but the account was blocked due to self-exclusion.

When I realised I was self-excluded I emailed them to complain that I'd be able to sign up again - but they said that as my new account had a new address/email (I have moved house since last playing there), they would be keeping my deposits. My name, phone number and date of birth were the same.

Do I have any chance of getting this money back? It just seems to me...

a) The casino has accepted it took two deposits from a self-excluded player - but they are using a technicality to avoid returning the deposits. So they are knowingly profiting from an excluded player. Is that ethical/responsible conduct?

b) Had I won and submitted a withdrawal request, I feel pretty sure their system would have identified my self-exclusion at that stage. So is Slotty Vegas set up to accept deposits from self-excluded players, but not to return them?

Anyway, sorry for the long post. I do take responsibility for my gambling issues and am trying to sort out my mess of online accounts - but "responsible gambling" has to work both ways? Thanks.

Slotty Vegas Casino - Confiscated £500 due to unjustified accusations, won't listen to my explanation nor provide any details
I was playing on slotty vegas on Thurs 25th January. I very simply placed £500 of cash balance on Blackjack and won, giving me £1,000 balance. I didn't have any bonus active on my account.
Last night I received the following email:
"Hi [EDIT],
My name is [EDIT], a member of the Risk team here at SlottyVegas Casino.
I am writing to you regarding your recent gameplay at our casino leading up to your withdrawal of £1000. Upon going through our standard pre-withdrawal checks, we have identified that your gameplay contains evidence of bonus abuse.
Due to this we have forfeited your winnings of £1000 and will be refunding your deposit of £500 within the next 72 hours. Your account has been permanently closed and your email address removed from our mailing list.
Regards,
[EDIT]
SlottyVegas Risk team"
[EDIT] hasn't provided me a reference to which term I have supposedly broken, or anything other than 'bonus abuse'. To be clear again, I was playing with my own cash funds and there was no bonus active. There was an obvious error here. I had previously opted into a promotion whereby the casino would give me £125 back on my losses on Blackjack. I assume this may be the reason for the confusion and [EDIT] believes the winnings came from this bonus. That is incorrect, the winnings entirely came from a single cash bet in Blackjack. However trying to explain this to [EDIT] isn't working...
I have been on live chat with [EDIT] who won't enter into any communication with me. I have asked him to provide me with my full gaming history, which he has refused and has repeatedly stated to take this matter up with the relevant ADR.
No casino has any right to confiscate a players own cash winnings, and so I demand that slotty vegas return my winnings of £1,000 to my bank account.
Thank you for taking the time to read this complaint and I trust that you will exercise your power to make slotty vegas pay out what is rightfully mine.

Slotty Vegas - Confiscated winnings
I joined in July. I went through the verification process without a problem. I then waited for my withdrawal.
The problem was that I had used my husbands debit card. But this was to a bank account that I am legally named on. I used his debit card as mine was damaged at the time.
Over a period of 8 weeks I was asked for all sorts of documents including bank statements showing my name, my husbands ID, photographs of my husband holding his ID, my husbands written confirmation that I had his authority to use the card; which we had to post to Malta. I was also asked to request a new debit card for the bank account in my own name and send them copies of it. Then I had to provide a written letter from my bank confirming that I have full use and control over the bank account I used.
After 8 weeks of sending documents I received emails from the CEO accusing me of credit card fraud as I had 'apparently' hid my husbands name on purpose on the card. They refused to pay me and closed my account.

Slotty Vegas - Casino insists on sending winnings by wire transfer
Dear webmaster,
Having won 3800 EUR in the Slotty Vegas casino, I have requested a withdrawal for full amount using my deposit payment method Skrill. A day later, I have received an email from the casino saying that they need to send my winnings directly to my bank account. Having over two years of experience with online casinos, this is the first time I have find myself in such a situation. This is definitely not something I would expect from highly rated casino such as Slotty Vegas. Since having the funds send to my by wire transfer is extremely inconvenient, I would strongly prefer to have the funds send to my by my deposit method (Skrill).

Slotty Vegas - Not paid Deposit & Winnings
Hi
This company are refusing to pay out [EDIT] my funds including deposit. I signed up on 3/10/16, deposited £500 and got a balance of £1518.75 of which £518.75 was winnings, £500 deposit and £500 bonus. I sent them my verification documents and waited patiently for them to verify me, 3 weeks later (yesterday) I get this email:
"Please be informed that your account has been flagged for fraudulent behaviour. Due to this, we are required to terminate any direct line of communication with you immediately.
Consequently we have now permanently closed your account, forfeited all funds and removed your email address from our mailing list.
No further correspondence on this matter will be entered into directly. Should you wish to discuss the matter further, you may raise this case with the Malta Gaming Authority who will act as the legal mediator between both parties"
I have done nothing wrong. I read the T&C before I did the offer and don’t believe I broke any rules.
Kind Regards

Slotty Vegas - Account closure
I opened an account with Slotty Vegas and deposited £150. I lost all of this and the new player bonus. They then gave me a bonus but unfortunately I cannot remember how much. Nevertheless I played this amount in keeping with their terms and eventually turned it into withdrawable cash of £52.02. On 12/10/16 Slotty Vegas requested verification docs which I provided. I kept asking them when will my account be verified but to no avail. Then on 1/11/16 they sent me an e-mail saying that they have closed my account and confiscated my funds due to fraudulent behaviour. They told me to complain to the Malta Gaming Authority, which I did, but MGA told me to contact yourselves. Please advise

Slotty Vegas - Closed account and funds forfeited
I opened a slotty vegas account at the beginning of October. I have only done the welcome bonus offer. I deposited £50 and got a £50 welcome bonus, which I wagered. I finished up with £170.00 which I then continued to play until I reached £260.70. I submitted my verification forms as requested and then they said then would contact me when this was all check. They did not recontact me so I contacted then on various occasions but they were unable to tell me why my account was not verified. This process took a total of 4 weeks. Then on 8/11/2016 they have cited that I am in breach of section 12 (Bonus abuse) and they have closed my account seized my funds. Only having used their welcome bonus on various machines I cannot see how any such abuse has taken place. If they do not pay out on a welcome offer then why should they offer it.
As far as I am concerned they have unlawfully taken my money. Really I would like my deposit and winnings refunded as there was no reason for them to take them. I did not win a massive amount and I certainly did not abuse the bonus system, I just played their games - which I enjoy doing.
My account was [EDIT].

SlottyVegas - withholding funds
Opened account with SlottyVegas (SV) on 3rd October 2016.
Deposited £100 to receive £100 matched bonus, wagered through c. £600 before making a £120 profit and looking to withdraw. At no stage did I 'dip into' the SV funds.
Looked to withdraw and was told that I needed to verify my account. Proof of ID, address and payment method were all provided to SV, who acknowledged receipt of said on the same day.
Live Chat advised that verification would take c. 5 working days; I checked back on 10/10 to be advised that a backlog had occurred, and to give SV a further week to resolve matters.
I checked back once more on 20/10 to be told that my account remained unverified.
I then went back on site on 29/10, wagered c. £100, to leave my overall account balance at £400.
I then received an email from SV Risk Dept on 29/10 telling me my account had been closed, due to 'fraud', and to contact the Maltese Gaming Authority.
I contacted the MGA, to be told that this was a British Gaming Authority matter.
I am now contacting you due to the exceptional negligence and misinformation provided by SV. I chose to use them off the back of the very high rating provided on your website; I consider this rating to be misguided.
I would gratefully appreciate your mediation and help in this instance.

Slotty Vegas - Confiscation of Funds
Hello,
I have a problem with a casino called Slotty Vegas and I hope you may be able to help. Please take this as my written confirmation of my agreement to your acting as mediator in this dispute. I joined Slotty Vegas on about the 7th of October after reading a review. It seemed to be a reputable site, so I deposited £100 in order to play slots and I took up the £100 joining bonus. I've played slots at a number of casinos in the past and enjoyed playing with bonuses and whilst I don't often win it does allow me to play for longer. I have only ever won small amounts and was over the moon when I won £594! I went to withdraw my winnings and had to provide some proof of identity, which I did. After a week or so I hadn't received payment, and I was told that my documents were being checked (which I have no problem with) so left it another week. I checked after another week, and was told that they were still being checked and the livechat operator apologised for the delay. Obviously I can't make them pay and they have to do checks so I've waited but I've now received an e-mail accusing me of 'fraudulent behaviour'. They haven't explained what I am supposed to have done and my account has been closed and my funds have been forfeited. My documents are all in order and I am who I say I am so I cannot understand why they are suggesting fraud. Their e-mail advises to raise a case with the Malta Gaming Authority (as advised by Slotty Vegas). I will forward a copy of the email to the [email protected].
I hope you can provide some assistance with my case, and please let me know if you need any further details. My e-mail address is [EDIT], this is also my registered e-mail address with Slotty Vegas. I am registered with them under my full name of [EDIT].
Many thanks,

Slotty Vegas - Verification Time Frame
Hi,
I joined Slotty Vegas 3 weeks ago and sent them my documents the first day. Im still waiting for my account to be verified so I can withdraw. When I speak to them (most days to chase it up) they just tell me they are sorry but its taking longer than usual and that I just have to wait. They dont care that I have told them I am going to complain.
This is ridiculous and never have i experienced a lengthy verification of 3 weeks.

Slotty Vegas - Taken 3 weeks to verify account so far - unable to withdraw
Signed up to Slotty Vegas over three weeks ago and took part in their welcome offer. Their site states that you are unable to make a withdrawal until your account is verified and advises that this can take up to five days which is fair enough. Three weeks later and my account is still not verified and I am unable to withdraw any winnings. All they can tell me is that they're still doing 'due diligence checks'. They've had all of the requested ID for three weeks so this just feels like a stalling tactic to avoid paying me my winnings. I notice that since I joined the site they have changed their welcome offer terms and conditions so just waiting for them to try that one on.

SlottyVegas - Terminated my account with $35K bankroll for unknown reason
During the account verification process (I provided all the documents the casino wanted) I received an email saying that I was flagged for fraud; and my account was closed and the casino returned the initial deposit of USD494. No more communication.
My partner's account got closed too after he received the same email from Slotty Vegas.
Being a complete newbie with online gambling (I'm experienced otherwise with gambling) I had to do some research around the web and went back to read the casino terms & conditions. I think the casino may have jumped on the fact that the IP address is the same for 2 accounts of 2 people in the same house (I stay at my partner's place most of the time), and we may have shared an IPad as well. So the casino may have concluded wrongly that we were the same person with multiple accounts trying to take advantage of their welcome bonus offers.
The facts I can confirm are:
1) I did not use at all any casino bonus to gain any financial benefits.
So I'm not sure what fraud and/or risk did I represent to the casino to register my own account to the extent that they had to close my account?
2) I have provided all the documentation required by the casino (passport, national ID, driving license, neteller account details, and utility bill of my own address)
3) my partner account was verified and he has withdrawn his winnings from Slotty Vegas before. So we have proven beyond any doubt that we are two people playing two separate accounts.
I think the people running the casino saw a chance to get away with paying a decent winnings to a player and they immediately stop to think logically and reasonably.
They have no legal ground to void their contract (and obligation) with me. The provision the casino T&C about multiple accounts is intended to protect the casino against abuse of bonuses (please enlighten me if I'm wrong!), to apply it in my case is not right and unethical.
I would like to hear what thePOGG has to say. Perhaps cases like this have come across for review many times here, I would like to know what were usually the outcome of those cases.
I have also lodged a complaint with the Maltese Gaming Authority.
