None of this was communicated to me at any point during the two weeks I proactively asked if anything further was needed. The casino had already verified my identity and payment card. The withdrawal method offered to me at the time of request was Bitcoin. I selected Bitcoin and submitted the request. Support now claims Bitcoin cannot be used for this amount, but no maximum limit for Bitcoin withdrawals was disclosed to me before I submitted the request. The expected approval date has since been pushed a second time to July 1, 2026 with no explanation. I am requesting the casino honor the approved withdrawal of $2,500 via the method I selected, or clearly communicate in writing what specific, legitimate policy requires the additional documentation being demanded, with citation to the relevant terms and conditions.
