I requested a wire transfer withdrawal for $570.00 on April 1, 2021 (#1520319). The net withdrawal due is $247.60 after subtracting the bonus of $322.40; and also requested a wire transfer withdrawal for $728.25 on April 10, 2021 (#1522812). The net withdrawal due is $337.65 after subtracting the bonus of $390.60. The total amount of both withdrawal is $585.25 and is overdue for three months. I've been trying to collect this payout since last year. They originally told me that Wells Fargo bank they can't wire international funds through, but yet they have before. They told me that I had to open another checking account and that Bank of America was one the payment pressing department could wire money through. So just for my payout I open another checking account with Bank Of America. Now they are telling me that they need the account type I opened. I told them. They said they don't have info that this is a personal checking account. The excuses are not stop. A wire transfer should be accessible to any account that provides a SWIFT routing # and info I believe.

I requested a cashout from Slots Garden on November 21, 2020 for $2500. After many reach-outs to support, I was told I needed to confirm my bitcoin address because they would only pay in BTC. I did that on Jan 5, 2021 and got a confirmation that it was updated on Jan 13, 2021. 2 more weeks go by, no money. I reach back out to support and now they claim my documents expired. They weren't when I originally requested the cashout as confirmed by multiple support people when I reached out before but because Slots Garden dragged their feet, now my docs are expired. Fine, I upload my docs again on Jan 28 and received confirmation on Feb 8. I reach back out to support to request escalation because it's now been more than 2 months. They escalate and every few weeks since I've been doing this ridiculous dance with support to get a useless "escalation" and asks to "be patient" but no payment. On 3/31, my payout finally gets approved, but still nothing. As 4+ months is an unbelievably ridiculous timeframe to wait to be paid, I'm submitting a complaint.

I had a legal win straight from a deposit on the 30th of December 2018. To this day I am still waiting on my R6000. I keep asking and everyday they stall with some kinda bulls hit excuse. Yesterday they told my money will probably be here soon. Tonight they tell me they don't have my banking detail which I gave them again a week ago for the 3rd time already. On 9/13/18 I decided to redeem my "VIPThankyou5" coupon and received $1,250. I proceeded to play and after meeting the play through requirement was left with $6,016. $3,516 was automatically reversed leaving $2,500 on my account which I than submitted as a wire transfer withdrawal request. I made several deposits after this request. When I went to check the status of my withdrawal request I noticed that it was declined on 9/18. I immediately contacted and chatted with an agent and was told the reason it was decline was due to that I had not previously made a deposit the previously month before using the coupon. I was allowed to win $9,900 on a promotional buy in and once i started to send in my account verification paperwork i was informed slots garden would be taking back 9,600 and allowing me to cash out just $400. They said it is a system lag but they also threw a $100 promo chip on my account to cut the second half of my winnings to a maximum. I requested no such chip.

I requested a withdrawal of my winnings back in April of this year. $900.00 It took a month to get my documents updated into my account. I did finally get that confirmed and my request had been rejected over and over without explanation and I was not able to get one from the Live chat either. On December 28, 2016 I requested a withdraw via wire transfer for $865. I have sent in the required documents several times. In January the bank wire transfer was declined and they stated that they would mail a check. When I do get them to answer the telephone they give me the run around. I have been told via email and chat that they have the required documents and still no withdraw. I really need help in dissolving this issue.
