Silver Oak - Non payment
I won a few thousand dollars on Silver Oak back in May and submitted a Bitcoin withdrawal on May 16 for $1600. They requested all necessary documenation, which I submitted. As time went on, I was asked for the same documents over and over, which I gave them. Finally when I got it all done, they informed me that I had to be a Bitcoin depositor to withdraw that way. I was upset, and kept questioning them until they finally told me that as long as it was $1000 or less, I could make a Bitcoin withdrawal without a Bitcoin deposit, so I cancelled my withdrawal and submitted a new $1000 on June 7. Since then, they've asked for my crypto address several times and the only information they will give me is the same generic responses over and over. They have "escalated" my withdrawal to the payout department so they "can get to work on it." It's been over 3 weeks I've been being fed the same crap, but a month and a half that I've been trying to receive my payout and they won't give me a timeframe, just continually ask for my patience and admit they've let me down. I have another $2000 I would like to withdraw now but I'm afraid with the way they work, I'm likely to make my initial withdrawal take longer by submitting another. Please, please, please, help me get them to payout!!!
