Silver Oak— player complaints: 7 in English

I have screen shots of my transactions they claim my winnings was from a weekly insurance of 30 dollars but if you look my deposit was from my debit card at same time as the code that I used to win and my deposit was before my withdrawal request

I won a few thousand dollars on Silver Oak back in May and submitted a Bitcoin withdrawal on May 16 for $1600. They requested all necessary documenation, which I submitted. As time went on, I was asked for the same documents over and over, which I gave them. Finally when I got it all done, they informed me that I had to be a Bitcoin depositor to withdraw that way. I was upset, and kept questioning them until they finally told me that as long as it was $1000 or less, I could make a Bitcoin withdrawal without a Bitcoin deposit, so I cancelled my withdrawal and submitted a new $1000 on June 7. Since then, they've asked for my crypto address several times and the only information they will give me is the same generic responses over and over. They have "escalated" my withdrawal to the payout department so they "can get to work on it." It's been over 3 weeks I've been being fed the same crap, but a month and a half that I've been trying to receive my payout and they won't give me a timeframe, just continually ask for my patience and admit they've let me down. I have another $2000 I would like to withdraw now but I'm afraid with the way they work, I'm likely to make my initial withdrawal take longer by submitting another. Please, please, please, help me get them to payout!!!

Used welcome bonus did okay. Made Two deposits did not receive second deposit. Experienced the drastically different game play. Continues spinning of the reels. This one was a fire cracker tried to offer me a $25 FREE chip instead of my deposit and bonus. He mentioned something of so what its the banks. I was locked out of my account. I disputed the charges with my card company and had a confusing understanding of where this second deposit went. The guy finally said it was set aside for if the merchant decides to accept it.??? So only was able to dispute one charge.

I have been waiting for this money that was approved back in May, and every time I message customer support about it they "send an escalation" and that takes an additional 2 weeks but they always say it should be there soon with no real time frame. This isn't the first time for the extremely long wait for my winnings. I had another win in May that I didn't receive until August. The FAQ says that it is suppose to be sent within 7 business days after approval, and it's been well over that. No help from customer service and still have yet to see my winnings.

After a lot of emails, Silver Oak and I agreed that they would refund my deposits instead of paying out on a win (they gave false information several times about a query and took 6 weeks to process a withdrawal). Since then they have just refunded $934.75 out of the $3684 they owe me - they have failed to reply to any emails since the beginning of January - they agreed to the refund at the beginning of November. I have written correspondence of the agreement. Please advise.
