Financial misconduct and stalling tactics - Account: Baribal12Roobet is unlawfully withholding my returned SEPA deposit of €2,084.69. My bank rejected the transfer and sent it back. Their own payment provider, Checkout.com (Ticket #139681), has officially LOCATED my funds at AS LHV Pank and provided the exact Reconciliation ID: B885B1187BAC46EA9177109F684D277BDespite having this official tracking data, Roobet support (Aurora) is completely ignoring the facts and endlessly sending automated, copy-pasted email templates claiming they are "waiting for the provider". This is a flat-out lie and financial misconduct. I am facing a severe welfare and housing crisis with my daughter in Iceland because of their stalling tactics. Case has been reported to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board and Casino Guru. Credit my account immediately!
