Great platform, but my withdrawal issue needs urgent attention
I’ve used Roobet for a while now and honestly, it’s been one of the smoother crypto casinos I’ve tried. The fact that they allow fiat deposits and withdrawals is a huge plus — it’s the main reason I stuck with them. Usually my withdrawals hit my bank within a few minutes, so I never had any reason to worry. This time was different. I made a withdrawal (ID: 3577243927) and it showed as “processed,” but nothing ever arrived. I contacted Gigadat directly, and they told me they have no record of the transfer at all. They even suggested the withdrawal might need to be cancelled and re‑sent by Roobet.Support responded quickly at first, but once the issue was escalated, everything slowed down. I’ve been waiting over 24 hours with no update, and the amount stuck is not small for me. When money is in limbo like this, silence makes the situation way more stressful than it needs to be.I’m not here to bash Roobet — I’ve had plenty of good experiences with them. Fast deposits, good games, and withdrawals that were always reliable until now. But this situation really needs urgent attention. Even a short update would go a long way when a payment provider says they can’t find the transaction.I’ll update my rating once this gets resolved, but right now the communication gap is the biggest issue. One of your gold members is quite disappointed at this.
