Unable to Withdraw My Funds – Support Only Sends Automated Responses
I have been a Roobet user and have always been able to withdraw my winnings via PIX without any issues. However, for more than 24 hours, I have been completely unable to withdraw my own money.Every withdrawal request stays in “Processing” for about 4 minutes and is then automatically canceled, with the money being returned to my Roobet balance. I have tried multiple times and the result is always the same.Roobet support keeps telling me that the problem is with my bank, but that explanation does not make sense. I have already tested three different bank accounts, all registered under my own name, and none of them work. If the issue were really with my bank, it would be extremely unlikely for the exact same problem to occur with three different banks.To make things even more confusing, a friend of mine is able to deposit and withdraw from Roobet normally at the same time that I am experiencing this issue. This strongly suggests that the problem is related to my account or Roobet’s withdrawal system, not the banks.I have contacted support several times asking for a manual review and to speak with a real agent, but I only receive the same automated responses over and over again. No one has explained why my withdrawals are being rejected or what I need to do to resolve the issue.I am not asking for anything special.
