Date withdraw requested: March 20, 2026 Date withdraw approved: April 1, 2026 Posh Casino recently started advertising quick payouts, but this is by far not even close to being quick. Please ask Posh Casino stop providing false expectations with their promos that say quick payouts with Crypto.

I'm waiting as well.. And it has already gone past the time the site says I will have my withdrawal in. This is the 3rd time. It is almost over a month. The last 2 that I got took almost 2 months before I got them. And talking about a useless VIP host.. If I ask her a question I might get a response by the end of the next business day.. 

Hi there , I put in a withdrawal request on Sept 15th.2024. I was asked to submit documents for verification and the documents were apprioved within two days . My withdrawal request was approved on Sept. 24 th . Posh casino terms and conditions says once your withdrawal has been approved it takes 10–12 days to receive your funds. I still have not received my funds. The casino has not returned any of my emails and live chat gives different excuses but no solution. Its very disappointing especially because its my first win. Hi my name is Martin and I was wondering if u can help me or know anyone that could help me get my winnings paid to me. My withdrawal was approved on July 29th in the amount of 246. We are now going into September and still noting.  7 to 10 once I requested a payout to get my winnings approved, then gets approved and all they say is yes we're sorry for the delay . That they know I should have been paid long ago and escalate which I told em not to cause bow backs me up 48 to 72 hours to not get paid but to get an answer as to why asking so long , takes the fun honestly out of winning.  Please help 

I cashed out a withdrawal on 6/28 for $2500. Got it approved on 7/8.  Waited 10 more business days for it to be sent. And got nothing.  Contacted customer service and got it escalated and was told to wait 24-48 hrs. Still no payment or response. Got on customer again, and was told to be patient once more and give it 24 more hours that it occasionally can take 72. Still nothing! Got back on customer service, this July 26th at this point, and still no answers other then it had been escalated and to just wait that it will be paid. But would not give a time period of when. So asked to speaker to a manager, who was Bryan Norris. Told him I was getting frustrated and needed some answers or something to be done, that I was contemplating making a post but really didn't want to do that. He urged me not too and said he would personally look into it and assured me would have it handled within a few days. He did absolutely nothing and denied to let me be transfered to him again when I came back 4 days later to see what was up.  Am very fed up with these people and is wasting tons of my time following up, along with making posts to finally get paid the money I'm owed.    PLEASE HELP!

Currently going through the same nonsense. I have played with them for more than four years. Every withdrawal I've done was paid and all within one month. However, this one is different. I have won more than $3000 this time and there are two separate withdrawals. I am not at 50 business days and nearing 2.5 months. The only excuse I get at this time is "we have escalated this and our payment processor times may vary. Sorry for any inconveniences we have caused." After I get this withdrawal, I will never play with them again.

Posh has not Paid out and I've waited over the time frame I won 1400.00 the 6th of May at Posh Casino. I have been playing there for a few years I've withdrawn from them before. I used the bonus fast payout through crypto. It's now the 8th of May and I have received nothing. I have tried to talk to people through chat and email. I've submitted my Bitcoin address twice. I've been told every time I talk to someone 24 to 48 hours so I check back and I get told the same thing. It has been approved it's been expedited twice I was told I would receive it either yesterday or today and I've heard nothing. This takes the joy and the fun out of winning or just playing in general. Especially when the bonus you used says it's a fast payout bonus and I keep getting offers to use that bonus again. This has been the slowest payout I have ever gone through in my entire time of playing with any site. I would greatly appreciate if they would please honor my payout. The casino has great bonuses It would be almost a perfect site if they would get their payouts done. Or not give you a date you will receive it and then it's not honored.

My withdrawal was approved February 6th. Bitcoin.org wallet is what I've used as that's what the casino recommended. The site states after approval, 7-10 business days to receive the money. It's been almost 60 business days! I've requested assistance via their email many times and never got so much as a reply. I've requested updates on the live chat and ben told my payment was escalated almost 10 times, was told my payment would be put on the priority list (2 weeks ago), and been told absolutely nothing except "everybody gets their payout just be patient for longer". I have contacted Posh dozens of time through chat and emails. I have even sent an email to [EDIT] Posh VIP Team Manager. I am still waiting for my first payment on a withdraw that i made on 7/20. In total there are 7 withdraws made on that date and to date 4 of those deposits have been approved. I have been told by customer service that the first withdraw was paid to the processor on 9/18 and another one has been paid recently. Is there anything you can do to expedite these payment to me? I can't image that you would find this type of payment delay acceptalbe. I look forward to your response.

I had summitted a request for a withdraw from this casino on 08/16/2023 & was given a request #5491563 after I filled out the required forms for my banking account I have been dealing with a person on line named [EDIT], all she keeps giving me is one excuses after excuse and now it has been 42 days since I requested my withdraw from this casino.

Hello I won 42,000 at Posh  February 12, 2023 I have only received one payment in March and was approved for another March 8th or 9th I haven't received that payment as of yet they keep saying they have sent it to the processor I have been asked to send a bitcoin address twice still no money in my account this doesn't make since I have been with them since 2014 and the payment process has been terrible this is not fair to the players if they are taking our money through the processor with no problem I need somebody to help me make since of why we can't get our winnings back the same way we deposit just saying  

Last month cashed out from posh casino$2000. After the normal runaround about paperwork and such my withdrawal was approved. I was told it was best to have the check mail to me. I was told they would send me tracking information. Each week I write to posh casino letting them know I am still waiting for that information and my check. Today I won $26,000. I didn't start researching until today. I was pretty upset to see some of the reviews. Any suggestions on receiving my money? I have had all of my jackpot withdraws sent directly to my bank account. Hoping for the best and  surely will let you know if I ever get paid.   In the future I will do my research first before I invest my money. Hi, I am writing in regards to Posh Casino. I have been waiting on payout since end of February 2022 and have been contacting them frequently for updates on where my payment is. My withdrawal of 2286 has been confirmed, approved & sent to their processor 14.6.22, after waiting months for that to happen & yet i still haven't received anything. I was asked to send in my bank statements from that date to now to show I haven't received the payment so I did that & still heard nothing other than told to wait. Please can I get some assistance regarding this matter as they are not listening to me & just giving me the same generic answers which are just excuses for delaying sending anything. I am most frustrated dealing with this casino & their continued issues. I would also like to state that my sister' has had the same issues with this casino, after several months received her payment, but not without great difficulty & the same excuses & delays. I received a physical mailer from Posh for an invitation to their casino. I signed up for their casino and used the code I was given for a $100 free chip. I ended up winning and attempted to cashout at $196. I was then told I couldn't cashout because I had already created an account with them nearly 3 years ago. I do not remember doing this (I try lots of different casinos all the time), but I probably did. My question is, why did they allow me to create another account under the same email address? Why didn't they tell me I couldn't cashout before they made me do all the work to send them the info to confirm my identity? It seems like they are making an excuse to not pay me out. If I wasn't allowed to cashout a free chip, why did they send me a mailer? Come on guys!!!

Keep making excuses for delayed payment . Saying an extra five to six week on top of what websites says. Every casino deals with processors but they pay if you can’t afford to pay in a timely manner then close down or let people know it will takes months to get your winnings.

I have 2 withdrawals that I am waiting for and I keep being told that it will be soon. The first one I requested on July 1, 2021 for $100.and it was approved for wire transfer and I am still waiting. The second one is for $234 after the bonus of $190 is removed and was approved for wire transfer.

This case had reached settlement and casino asked for up to 6 months to process the payment. Now, the 6 months were passed and casino is still insisted. You must solve this directly with your CC company.” Casino kept saying that and I kept telling casino that my cc accepts any currency, just make payment to my cc number, no verification or confirmation requires. Or send me a check. I don’t think casino is honestly wants to pay pay. Thus, it needs third party intervention to get my payment. Thus, I need to file complaint, to get the payment. Identify the case: Withdrew USD$720, casino deducted USD$200 from the withdrawal fund. Thus, the qualify amount for withdrawal was USD$520. Referent person on part of casino is [EDIT] and [EDIT] (Finance Team).
