i requested the withdrawal on dec 24th they approved it on jan 7th they wont send it to the processors for payment everytime i ask why i was told they where running behind. according to there terms they say allow 7 to 10 days after approved to be sent to processors it is feb 25 and coming up on 2 months since it was approved

Its now been 18 business days since my first withdraw of 1,539 was approved (January 18th). My other withdraw for 1,034 was approved on Feb 8th. Of course I got the runaround of verifying and sending in my documentation. I had to email them around 12 times just because they didn't want to accept my utility bill, which matched my i.d. Everyday I enquire about receiving my payment. Every time I get the answer "Its been escalated" speech. Its been a month since my approval, and still nothing. Please help!!!! Thank you.

I have been waiting over 4 months for my last payout from Posh. I have reached out to them many times andI keep getting different excuses. I have recieved many payouts from them before and it usualy takes 6-8 weeks which is already a long time, but this is crazy. My name at Posh is Csshaath. Is there anything I can do to get my money  ?

On 7/31/2020 I won $1000 at Posh Vip Casino and as of today have not received any money. I had originally requested a check and was told they did not send checks and gave me a list of wire transfer banks they worked with. I opened an account at Bank of America and send all the required information for wire transfer. But keep getting the run around about my withdrawal. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I'm having an issue with my withdrawal as well. I was just informed that although my withdrawal is approved they cannot transfer money to my bank account. I was also, told that they do not process checks so, the only way to get paid is via 3rd party checking account or open a new bank account somewhere else. I made a withdrawal request on March 05,2019 in the amount of $2500 dollars. I sent documents and still waiting on my funds. It's been more then 2 weeks and I keep being told be patient which i have and not getting any update without having to be the one to check on the process. Please i just want my money should of already received my funds. What is going on?

On August 25th 2018, I fulfilled a play through requirement on a bonus at Posh Casino after getting a phone call inviting me to re-join this invitation only casino. I had played there in the past. The amount after bonus was approved for $520. It has now been 60 days and nothing! live support says the casino had so many winners, that they were not issuing any payouts at this time. After repeated chats with live support, they told me last week, my bank wire would be going out in a few days. Still nothing. I used to play at Posh in the past and they always paid out promptly. I don't know what happened! I feel like I'm at a standstill.

I requested a cashout of my winnings on 07/02/2018. I supplied all requested information including bank details and was told it would be paid in 10 business days. On the 11th business day, I emailed to ask about it and was told that there was an important reason they didn't pay but not what that reason was. Back in August, I won over $50,000 from Posh casino. On 8/30, I received the first payment. Since then I have been lucky to get a payment once a month. That would mean I might finish getting my payments by this time next year. My issue is, I was informed that if I wanted my payments to come faster, they would advise that I continue to deposit money. Why would I do that when I can't get paid in a reasonable time frame for the money I have won so far? I like playing at the casino and would like to continue but would like to see my payments occur more than once a month.

The casino is Posh Casino. I couldn't find it on the list. It is by invitation only. It was approved on 10/12/17 and they said it takes 7-10 days and then another 5-7 days to receive it. They are giving me the runaround. I spoke with Isabella today on live chat and that is what she kept telling me. She kept repeating herself. I just told her I would like a date and she said she couldn't give me one.
