This is the scam from parimatch. They are ignoring me like I never exists for them. There is no reply from the support email. Don't ever play on this fake site. Play on the sites which are loyal to their users. They never care about their users. I am at level 17th in the loyalty hub still they don't care about me, then I can't even think - how will they treat to their new users

*TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE*On 15 th sept I have done my 1st deposit on parimatch. As the system done for every betting site it's the same way, I touched phonepe, they landed me a payment provider site( it was passion fruit like name) then it landed me phonepe with a upi id , I paid the money came back but it was not showing successful ok waited for 15 minutes. Nothing changes, my 2000 INR gone. Now the drama of scamming begins here, the deposit failed and it will be either refunded on bank or be added to parimatch. But for this you have to wait long 3 days. Ok i waited. Now they need the bank statement. Agreed I given created a ticket #134437154 also attached the phonepe successful screenshot. Now it's already 100 h passed. Normally most betting sites solve this issues within 24 hour. But this shameless will give you nothing but mental stress. Now before playing, BEFORE DEPOSIT think again, twice that what will be your state of mind on this thing where you already paid the money it's debited, but they can't even give you the chance of play and lost, they will just take it by scamming on deposit. Hours passing you days are dull just because of this, every hour you submitting emails they are replying on same way. There motto is WAIT, WAIT A LITTLE MORE but how much? I lose hope of money. It's looted nothing to do. Now please think again do you want to stay with this state of mind for days after days, weeks and even months. No solution, tickets getting created for nothing. So I want to say again BEFORE DEPOSIT think twice. Thank me later.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Parimatch regarding a ₹14,000 deposit.On 19th july 226, I made a deposit of ₹14,000 to my Parimatch account. It's has been 2 months now. The transaction was successfully completed from my bank account, and my bank has confirmed that the payment was successful. However, the amount was never credited to my Parimatch balance.I have already provided the relevant transaction details and proof of payment to Parimatch Support. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not received a satisfactory explanation or a clear resolution regarding where my money is currently held.This is particularly concerning because the payment was successfully debited from my bank account, yet the funds have neither been credited to my Parimatch account nor returned to my bank account.I expect Parimatch to properly investigate the transaction with its payment provider and either credit the ₹14,000 to my account or refund the full amount to the original payment source.I am posting this review publicly so that other users can be aware of my experience. I am happy to provide the transaction ID, bank confirmation, and correspondence privately to Parimatch or the relevant payment provider for verification.I hope Parimatch takes this matter seriously and resolves it transparently and promptly. I have mailed ton of times but not single response from your team.

I deposited ₹1,500 on September 10th, but the amount has neither appeared in my gaming account nor been refunded. I followed up repeatedly but received no response; it has been eight days, and I still haven't received my refund. I made a withdrawal of 20k. They didn't credit my money in my bank account and neither did they refund it to my parimatch account. They marked it as successful. I am a vip player. They do this kind of scam with everyone . Do not play at parimatch. Their support is useless. They never help and they never respond. Even to vip players they don't respond. Never play at parimatch.
