Questions about NePartners
How the program differs from the catalogue, who the bar lets in, and how signing in works.
How does NePartners differ from the affiliate program catalogue at /nepartners?
The catalogue describes other people's terms, collected from the programs' own sites. NePartners is the portal's own program: the rate here is our contract with the operator, the postback is ours, the payout is ours.
What is an offer's trust passport?
The brand's NeBlask trust grade, the licence with its number and regulator, and NeRating complaints over the last 90 days — the same data as on the brand page. The advertiser neither edits it nor can pay for it.
Who can become an advertiser?
An operator with a trust grade at or above the bar and a licence we checked in the regulator's register. A brand below the bar is refused, with the reason stated.
How do I sign in?
Through Telegram only: the sign-in button opens @AffPapa_Bot, the bot confirms, and the site sets a cookie for 30 days. There is no password and no email.
There are no offers yet — what can I do now?
Affiliates: join the waiting list and the bot will write when the first offers appear. Advertisers: apply on the advertisers page, no sign-in needed for that.
The offer is for one geo and the licence for another — is that allowed?
No. An offer for a geo opens only under that geo's regulator; other geos carry a note in the passport. The mapping lives in the config and is approved by the owner.
What happens if a brand's grade drops or its licence expires?
The offer is paused automatically and the owner is notified. Money on the advertiser's deposit stays theirs.
not here An advertiser's question goes through the application form; an affiliate's goes to @AffPapa_Bot.
