Extremely disappointing customer support. ₹940 disappeared from my Parimatch account without any withdrawal, transaction, or bet showing in my history. Support first asked for transaction details for something that wasn't even a transaction, then blamed account security, and now claims the money was lost in a bet while refusing to provide the Bet ID or any evidence. Every response feels like a copy-paste template instead of an actual investigation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this platform until they improve both their system and customer support.

I have all the WhatsApp chats and payment proof.This entire experience has caused me financial loss, stress, and serious concerns about the security of my personal information.Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this platform. Hello,Very disappointed with my experience. I made a UPI withdrawal of ₹15,000, and the transaction is marked as “Success” in the app, but the amount has not been credited to my bank account. On top of that, both the support chat and customer support options are not working, making it impossible to get assistance. I hope this issue is resolved quickly and that the support team improves its responsiveness.my UPI withdrawal of ₹15,000 made on23rd July 2026 at around 5:00 PM IST is showing as “Success” in my account, but I have not received the amount in my bank account. Please check the transaction and provide the UTR/RRN so I can verify it with my bank. My User ID is: 801909214.

I have deposited 30000 rupees on Jan 20th 2026 through UPI and they have said that the funds have not credited for few days and I have contacted the bank and get to know that the funds have been successfully credited to the merchant. I have forwarded the statement to the Parimatch support team and they have said that it did not pass risk team analysis and couldn't process the request further and closed the request. If I ask about money they said to contact bank and bank confirmed that for successful transaction they couldn't help. Now parimatch is not responding to my complaint and saying that they couldn't reopen the ticket as it was closed. Please help me on this and I have complained the same with other websited and parimatch didn't reply on those sites and escaped.

I deposit money of Rs 1000 through paytm app on 13 December money was showing pending on that time but money debited on 13 December or 14 December its show transferred to the account.
