Then they said 3 business days, followed by 5 business days, and later 7–10 business days. Even after waiting all this time, the issue was never resolved.Finally, they simply informed me that their investigation had been completed, that they had not received the funds, and that there was nothing more they could do. They refused to take any further responsibility.I have already suffered losses of nearly ₹2.5 crore, and I have been using this platform for the past 4 years. I never expected something like this to happen to me.In the end, they blamed my bank and told me to contact my bank branch. When I filed a complaint with my bank, they confirmed that the transaction was successful. I have been using Parimatch for about 3 years. In the recent 2 months over 20k rupees which was deposited never got credited to the account. A withdrawal also of total of 45k was shown successful in the app but never got resolved. After providing the id bank statement and the screenshot of payment nothing was done. If they have some shame they should stop this fraud.
