The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, and I received a valid UPI transaction reference number (611871310284).However, the amount was not credited to my Parimatch gaming wallet. When I checked the transaction history, the deposit was marked as “Declined”, even though the money had already been debited from my bank account.I contacted Parimatch live support and was asked to send an email with my user ID, UTR number, and screenshots of the transaction. As of writing this review, I am still waiting for the amount to be credited to my gaming wallet or refunded to my bank account.This experience has been very frustrating because the payment was completed from my bank’s side, but Parimatch failed to reflect the deposit in my account. All three tickets were marked as “Resolved,” but the deposited amounts were never credited to my Parimatch balance.I have already provided all the required evidence, including my bank statement, UTR numbers, transaction dates and times, screenshots, and the response from the payment/wallet support team.Parimatch asked me to contact my bank and obtain a written confirmation. After checking the transaction details, the bank informed me that the funds had reached the merchant account and that I should contact the merchant.
