So I made a deposit on February month of 2026 and as it was not credited I had raised tickets and contacted support regarding the same multiple times. I have proper proof with clear values like debit slip including UTR, date and time and also I have my bank statement clearly stating the amount has been debited from my account and bank confirmed successfully credited to merchant account but till date I've not received any refunds or even response from this Parimatch side. Similarly another deposit on June month. So I request people to not use Parimatch site for gambling. I've even posted the same in my instagram page.
