Dear Parimatch team, for user id. 373652255 in last 10 days there are total payment of 28400 have not been credited to my gaming account.I have contacted to customer care and after providing sufficent proof I didn't received any solution yet.Customer care person keep on waiting for 1 hr and more and then disconnect the session regularly.I want to report the payment issues to bank but upon my request they will block the payment accounts for dispute payment.Payment 8000 on 02.08 2026Payment 5000, 5400, 5000 on 09.02.2026 and 5000 on 10.08.2026.these all are pending for deposit.I have all payment proofs, bank statements and chat details available. If there is option for attachment i will definatly attach. Kindly help to post this to parimatch team for resolution.

Parimatch was very nice previously but since last few months they really bad at services .In august 2026 my 3 payments were deducted from my bank but I dint got credit .3rd aug,11 aug and 13 august . The amount was 700 ,500 and 440 . In this way till today approximately 8000 rs are missing .When I raise tickets ,they even dint rectify it and say that your payment declined .I feel casino days is far better .They are very fair in payments .parimatch will have to take it seriously otherwise their india business will be shut .moreover their email id also do not works , sometime they say to mail at support @parimatch.com, sometime they say support @parimatch.in .and the mail fails .My player id is 765706579 .Parimatch ---nice appInterface-----very goodEase of use----great experience Payment------poorSupport ----pathetic.it is one way communication. Great experience so far...Withdrawals are easy to process..Only issue I have with this is customer support as they did not help you when it's required and my deposits of small amount got stuck and I never get the fund back.But overall great experience so far.
