Parimatch— player complaints: 506 in English

They're illicit. The customer support exists in virtual and it has been organised very poorly. They collect deposits via mule accounts and sometimes you're deposits are also gone. They are fraudulent.

I have been facing a terrible issue with Parimatch for the last 5 months. My withdrawal transactions (₹4,300, ₹2,500 ) are still pending and haven't been credited to my bank account.Despite submitting my bank statements multiple times, customer support keeps repeating the exact same copy-pasted line: "The team is working on it."It has been 5 MONTHS (150+ days) and Ticket ID #83236239 is still marked as "In progress". They are simply holding user money without any genuine resolution or transparency.Do NOT trust their support system. I am extremely exhausted and frustrated with their negligence. I demand an immediate resolution and full refund of my pending money!

Parimatch is totally a Fraud and operates in Hawala, these cheaters can't be trusted anymore also please please don't play in this... since 27 days i am struggling to get my 25k, customer care is totally fraud and always provide copy paste answers.I made a payment via UPI paytm to their payment partners Babu Ram(50k &20k were 50k credited parimatch account but 20k not) and Abhishek Gym(5k), first CC ppl asked to wait for 3 working days and my money will be refunded but till today CC ppl is asking me to wait for some more time as my case is under review.I have provided my payment successful slip with bank statement to their email id also to each and every CC person on daily basis since 26th July 2026 till today but their answers never get change..22nd July 2026 I made the payment to both payment partners of parimatch and my bank ppl are asking their payment partners bank statement so that it will be clear who is cheating, but parimatch will never provide the bank statement for sure bcuz they are into huge Hawala operations.After 27 days their CC ppl are asking me to provide the bank letter and logo of bank etc etc where payment was made..I have already provided bank statement but still they are fooling only Indian customers.Please report everyone on 1930 about parimatch and do not belive their words at all... also resport to Cyprus cyber cell to their email id which is available in google,as now a days Indian government is literally begind Parimatch.I have already registered my complaint to Indian Cyber cell and Cyprus Cyber cell for the same.I made a ID - 484280000
