NV Casino - Player’s account has been closed.
The player from Poland submitted KYC verification, but while his documents were accepted, his ID was not, resulting in account lockout without notification. He deposited $15 and won $320, but was unable to withdraw his winnings. We reviewed the case and it was confirmed that he had more than one account, used the same promotion across accounts, and his account details did not match his ID. As a result, we could not challenge the casino’s decision to block the accounts and withhold the winnings, so the complaint was rejected. The player from Poland submitted KYC verification, but while his documents were accepted, his ID was not, resulting in account lockout without notification.
