NV Casino - Player's account is blocked and winnings are confiscated.
The player from Sweden experienced account blocking and confiscation of her winnings after using a VPN due to browser issues. Despite making deposits and completing KYC, the casino claimed that the VPN violated their rules and took her winnings of 5600 EUR while offering only 250 EUR to reopen her account. After review, we concluded that she was physically in Sweden and used a VPN to bypass a country/IP restriction shown by the casino, so the complaint was rejected because the casino’s action was considered justified under its terms.
