I have withdrawn £500 from my netbet account. After 2 days of waiting I received a email requesting identification and a picture of my bank cards. I promptly responded with a picture of my bank card and a picture of my driver's licence. I then received a automated email telling me someone would be in touch, later that night I received another email requesting my identification and bank card picture, I resent my original email. The next day I received an email requesting a picture of my old bank that I have used to deposit on the account in the past. I replied to the email explaining that that was my old card and that both cards on my account were for the same bank account. When I received my new card I discarded my old card. I called customer service and spoke to a team member who read my email and told me everything would be fine and to wait until their finance team reads the email. Since then I have received to automated emails requesting a picture of my old discarded cards, I have replied to both of them, both of which have been replied to with automated emails saying someone will be in touch.

I have tried to withdraw funds from Netbet but to do this they want loads of information including my sort code and bank account details which I find dodgy. Why can't they just put it back onto card like everyone else? I have emailed them but it won't submit and phoned them with no answer for 1 hour and 37 minutes in total. I am wondering if they are actually a legitimate company.

Company is fine when depositing but you need to make a withdrawal they require more identification than passport office. Poor communication with costumer support. Would not recommend

Joined netbet to get 7/1 on france to win first game of euro2016. To date this has still not been paid. Cant get through on phone no reply to help line emails.AWFUL!!!! AVOID!!!

NetBet are fraudsters, avoid them or they will steal your moneyI strongly suggest that you avoid using this bookmaker. They are known fraudsters and their entire operation appears to be a scam. I wish I had realised when I joined them. I've placed a few bets through their site and it wasn't until I won a bet this weekend that their fraudulent activities came to light. I then did a Google search on them and found that they an extensive reputation for scamming their customers. I made a request to withdraw my winnings back to the account I'd used to make the deposit. Almost immediately I received an absurd email from the claiming my account had "similarities" to some other user. They quoted this alleged user's name and the person is not even of the same gender as me! I've only ever had the one NetBet account. This is the email they sent:“While reviewing the withdrawal you registered on player account XXX, we noticed that you share common personal data with account XX.To process your winnings in security, please provide us with an explanation regarding the similarities encountered between the two accounts. We look forward to your reply.”A Google search revealed that this is their standard scam they use to try to avoid paying their customers their money back. Unfortunately for them I will not fall for it and I'm beginning legal action against them on Monday morning if they've not sent my withdrawal through by then.

I did register on Netbet Casino on the 4th of July 2016 and make my initial deposit of 380 lei(Romanian currency) and played just the jackpot games on the site! I did notice on my bank statement that 394.94 lei was charged instead of 380 lei I received a bonus booster of 250 lei to wager up to 8x (i.e 2000 lei) with the odd of 1.50 before I can withdraw the bonus. [EDIT] Days later I decided to make another deposit because I had lost the jackpot game that I played. So I make another deposit of 40 lei with the intention of placing another jackpot game. So I noticed that the 40 lei that I deposited was not credited in my main account but to my bonus balance. So I contacted their customer service on live chat to find out why my money was not credited into my main balance. I was told that it was a technical issue and it will be corrected as soon as possible. But they did nothing about the situation. So I couldn't place my jackpot games because the money was in my bonus balance :( I decided to play around with the bonus booster that I received plus the 40 lei that was wrongly credited to my bonus account. I then placed many games and eventually lost most of the money, and about 7 lei was left in the bonus account. My last deposit of 50 lei on the site, I did notice the same thing again. I spoke with them on the phone and wrote several emails about the situation, but nothing has been done about my situation.

Hi,I placed a bet for Leicester to win the premier league - they have won but my winnings have not be credited to my account yet.On top of that the company is not contactable - Live Chat not available on several occasions. Waited over 10 mins on phone line when I tried calling on 3 occasions but gave up since I think it unreasonable to waste so much time to collect earnings. Left a message but did not get contacted. When I tried to email, the send button did not work - also tried another browser.On the plus site, it is really easy to give them your money. This company is just after your money & not interested to pay out.I wish I had gone with another betting site, since the odds are similar but had no problems elsewhere.When you look at positive reviews here, they seem really suspect - I think this company is leaving positive reviews for themselves. Dunno where these people found excellent customer service you cant get a hold of anyone. Cashout doesnt ever work. Layout is average and inadequate. Stick with coral, skybet or titanbet these guys at netbet suck!

They offer misleading bonuses for sports bets with unreasonable conditions - these do appear in the T&Cs but are difficult to find and unnecessarily difficult to comply with. They even refused to return the original £10 I deposited even though I hadn't staked it - said that I had to bet all of my money in order to withdraw anything.

Do not bet with NETBET.COM. I deposited a small amount £20 and wagered it and won my £20 back. Sound great doesn't it? Upon trying to withdraw my money i was asked to provide: my passport, a photo of me holding my passport, my bank card (both sides), a utility bill and a bank statement. They state you can upload these securely via their site or via email. I choose via their site as it is much more secure than via email. Upon trying to upload the info, i discover that my account has been 'locked'! I contact them via chat and ask them to unlock my account so i can provide them with the info they require only to be told 'no, we will not unlock your account until you send the info via email!' I politely told them that email is not secure and that they gave the option of upload via their site - this was met with 'just send via email'. In an age of identity theft i could be sending my information to any 'Tom, D*ck or Harry' so to speak! They don't answer the phone if you try to ring them, you can't leave a message and they don't get back to you even if they promise to. Also they have declined the cash back i was entitled to even though i adhered to all their terms and conditions! FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS. I was promised £53 cash back for signing up and depositing/playing a £20 stake. I followed all of their terms and conditions to the letter – however my cash back payment has been declined. Despite this, Netbet continue to send spam emails very regularly. I would avoid at all costs, and go with a more reputable company. Naturally I will amend my review if the situation is resolved ;-)

I joined up and received a sign up offer. However, when I never received my sign up bonus I tried to call to find out why, after waiting 45 minutes I gave up on the phone call. I then tried to use the email service which also wouldn't work for me on 3 separate occasions. I eventually went on live chat and after queuing to talk to an advisor was told my bonus would arrive in the next 24 hours and they were running behind. When it didn't arrive I queued again for the online chat service and was told it would be on that day. It still wasn't. Still no sign up bonus. You get the feeling they don't really want to follow through on their sign up offers at all. Very poor.

Very difficult site. Very low level of customer support. I deposited £20 to Sports and have a balance of £40. I am unable to withdraw this money because after depositing the money i transfered to Casino Balance. Now I cannot withdraw this money because it was not deposited intitially in Casino Balance. I cannot transfer it to Sports because I set a weekly limit of £20 and the site treats transfers as deposits. I have £20 balance in Vegas account and I have the same problem. I cannot move or withdraw this money. All i can do is gamble it and lose it. Livechat support asked me to deposit £10 in each wallet and then request a transfer. So very tediuos site. Seems to be owned and run by foreigners. The site looks and feels like other major gaming sites but thats very it ends for me.

On two separate occasions I have had to wait for weeks for my withdrawals. You really have to pressure their customer support to get your money if it's anything above a few hundred pounds, and they won't notify you if they decide to withhold the money. There are many better and more honest bookmakers if you so choose.

If you are looking for a website where you want to deal with members of staff with a serious attitude problem then join up there! Customer service on the first line is the worst I have ever had to deal with on any site or store. Place bets carefully and avoid their casino which is very questionable. If you do have to deal with this site I feel sorry for you.

One of the worst online gambling companies there is, check online for real reviews and not the manipulated ones on here! But dont take my word for it, try it for yourself, just dont say you didnt have a warning!!
