N1 — player complaint #65148, 2019-04-07: account blocks

Dear ThePOGG, I was in touch with MGA about this disagreement but they told me I should contact you instead. Here is the same email that I sent to them earlier. "I have been playing at N1casino for a while. They send me these bonus offers a couple of times a week and I play those very often. Last Friday (29 March) I receive this Friday route bonus and I made a deposit like I have always done before. I played these monies on the next day and I managed to win 486,25€. I made a withdraw request, but it got cancelled and I receive email from N1casino where they told that my winnings were confiscated, and they are going to close my account. They claim that I am not the only one who used this same bonus from the same IP or device. I asked more information about this from their live chat and wanted more proof that I did something wrong. They just respond that they are not going to notify or inform me about the reasons of such actions, and this is their final decision. When I made this deposit, I shared internet to my laptop from my phone. I do this all the time when I am not sitting at my desk. But when I played the money that I deposited I used my ethernet connection. I believed that this has caused confusion on N1casino. I want to make clear that I am the only one who used this bonus and I even used the same device. I asked them to double check everything because there should be nothing wrong with my actions, but it didn’t help. It seems to me that their operating is unprofessional and somewhat questionable. They [removed] my winnings and they are going to close my account permanently. And all this without any good explanation or a proper proof.
