N1 - A 600 Euro rejected Withdraw

Hello I verified my account yesterday and wanted to pay out 600 euros after having had the bonus of 600 euros. Also 10 Euro of myammount I want to play today are missing because of the rejection. These were rejected today and the money is gone. The reason was that the account is a duplicate and that an account is already stored via this IP address, but that cannot be. I live with my parents who do not gamble and I only have the account I had otherwise always had good experiences with the site and actually want to continue playing on the site. In addition,it is a lot of money for a trainee,I ask for help,I have not done anything wrong. I only played on my cell phone via WiFi and for a short time on the normal internet and no one else has my password for the account. Could you please help me
