N1 - Account disabled and winnings taken away
I made an account to N1 Casino on Sunday 5th of July. I deposited 200€ and received a welcome bonus. Then I played the bonus wager through and was lucky to get 2900€ to be withdrawn. I made a withdrawal request and sent my documents for them which they verified fast. Then I just started waiting to get my withdrawal to my bank account. Then on 7th of July I tried to login to the Casino to see the status of my withdrawal just to notice that my user had been disabled and winnings removed.. I then contacted their live-chat and asked the reason. I was told that my account has been locked and my deposit will be returned but the money I won was taken away. The Customer Care Servant told me that I have been playing from the same IP than some other player but that is not possible because I have used my own personal internet connection and haven't shared it with others. Then I checked AskGamblers.com page and noticed that there has been many similar cases where this casino has taken the winnings away due to same IP reason even though in many cases players said that it is not even possible that someone else used the same internet. I don't know how they could prove that there has been duplicate users for my IP because it's simply impossible. Lots of cases had been resolved by AskGamblers.com by the fashion that the casino had brought enough evidence so that they could take the money away. There should be no way for the casino to take away my winnings without proper evidence because I haven't done anything wrong.
