N1 - Missing Deposit
Hey there.
I am writing this complaint in frustration as this experience is unfair. I deposited 20€ via. Neteller that never arrived. First chat I had with N1, I was told that this didn't go through and should be returned to my Neteller account within 12 hours. However, I did know that it went through, but to be sure, I contacted Neteller, and they confirmed that this issue is on N1's end. I then contacted them again, where I was told that it was the final decision that they cannot do anything about this deposit, but when I gave them proof of what Neteller told me, they started investigating at that point. But I must admit that this have been taking at least 30 hours now, and it is very inconvenient to be put in this situation due to an issue on their end. Their customer support is horrible, and really not helpful. I don't even know if I can trust that they've escalated this to their relevant department in order to investigate this matter. They keep sending me back and forth, even though they clearly should have a direct contact to the 3rd. party provider, which in this case is Neteller. You can't expect customers to try to sort things out that is caused by their technical issues. They should be able to either add it straight away or at least send it back to Neteller instead of letting me wait 2 days for a deposit that I in the first place was told weren't delayed because of them. I hope that you can help with this.
