N1 — player complaint #63742, 2020-05-14: withheld payouts

Hi! First of all sorry for my english, im trying to do my best. So here is the thing, i have being playing on N1 casino for a while, and more often due to the covid19 and my house. My dad told me "hey! Lets play a little bit more" and we with his credit card deposit a small amount of money at the first moment, then a little bit more, and over doing more than $1,000.00 in deposit in more than 6 deposits. After long sessions we decided to get a withdrawal to my or his credit card. What happened? They ask me about all the credit card, pictures, my personal info (and i know i have to and i did it without problems), incluiding my dad credit cards that we use. After that they told me that is prohibited and the system does not accept, i asked so "why the credit card was accepted more than 5 times in all over $1,000.00 payments" if their system and rules does not accept third party deposit why the system accepted all of those payments and let me play and only where problems to withdrawal? My father (owner of the credit cards) is asking to get the refund of the credits available on my account, we where playing together and we can send all the documents available.They got me a Ticket #A7IVZ.
