Dear Mr. /Ms.
On 31.07.2020 I payed 1000 Euro and increased the amount up to 6000 Euro. The Casino N1 did not accept it for some reason of them and changed my amount just back to the 1000 Euro. Firstly they just did discussed this issue with me and secondly they just changed the amount like nothing happened before. I already discussed this with them and they can't give a explanation why and they seem not to be really friendly. I hope you can help me to solve this problem. It's not really fair what they are doing to me. I mean they can't take the money away from me due to no reason like this.
