I tried to withdraw my balance of 1000 at the 03.10 at around 02:00 am.
I had no bonus. My account is verified. I had 2 withdrawals in the past that went through in 1 day.
They are telling me that it takes longer because of the corona pandemic. Another day they say they have technical issues and on the following day they tell me they would to every withdrawal manually.
