MelBet — player complaint #59415, 2025-04-22: withheld payouts

After completing all the verification steps requested (including providing my ID document, a selfie with the document, and the background email), Melbet has now requested a medical declaration stating that I am not addicted to gambling, which can only be obtained through a paid medical consultation. This demand is absolutely abusive and not a standard practice among reputable betting sites. It constitutes an illegitimate obstacle to prevent the payout of my winnings. Additionally, after I questioned this requirement, Melbet stopped responding to my emails, leaving me with no way to access my funds. I request the immediate release of my balance without the requirement of any additional document that is unrelated to the original account verification process.
