Melbet Casino - All winnings were earned withheld

After betting for a month (taking 400+ bets) I won 430363 Ksh about 3340usd I tried asking for a payout but they refused and I was sent to their security department for account verification, after 2 weeks of submitting documents all winnings were deducted from my account and only the deposit remained.
