Problem with communication related to the deposit verification

I have a issue with Megapari Betting site not a casino but i cannot find megapari in betting sectionSince more than 2 weeks ive been trying to withdraw some of my money! I ended emailing with their security team and they want me to give em a deposit document from 24 04 26 amount 295USDTThe problem is that deposit doesnt exist! I ve been trying to explain to them dozen of times that acoording to their website that depopsit was credited onto my account on 21 04 26 !!! But it is like speaking with a bot or s AI! They have no clue what im sayingI keep calling their customer support almost everyday but they don allow me to speak with anybody from security team!In attachment you will find history of my conversations with customer service and security team.I hope you can somehow help me please!I appreciate that!Thank You

pjotrek666 • Poland 16 hours ago Dear AskGamblers, Dear MegaPari, I've received the 2nd reminder that my compaint will be closed unless i will update it. So, the Megapari asked me to send them utility bill from last month so i did it. After that they asked me in another mail to send them utility bills from 3 previous months...(!) with bank statemant and i did it again. After couple days they asked me to send them my driving licence. I did it again of course. Now i'm still waiting for them to reponse If i gey my withdraw i will let you know immidately Thank You
