The player from British Columbia had trouble with his Megapari Casino account, needing identity verification to place bets and withdraw his balance of 1500 EUR. The casino requested a different bank card, while he only had his personal bank card and passport as ID proof. We asked the casino to clarify the verification status and whether a withdrawal had been submitted, and the casino later confirmed that the account verification had been successfully completed. After that, the casino stated that no active balance was available for withdrawal because the funds had already been withdrawn on 2026-07-07.
