Magical Spin - not paying because I did not submit middle names
I am writing here because I do not know what else to do.
Magical Spin Casino has denied me the €5,000 that I won. Their justification is that I submitted my name incorrectly when I signed up. Here is where it gets crazy. My full name is [EDIT]. I submitted my name as [EDIT].
On my identity card it says my family name is [EDIT]. Here in Portugal it is normal to write my name as just Santos. So much so that on my bank card my name is written as [EDIT].
In my opinion it is clear that Magical Spin is acting in bad faith by using this as a reason to not pay me. My name is Livia Santos just as it is also [EDIT]. I can send you my ID document and bank card that prove this if necessary.
To be transparent I should also say that I made this complaint also at Askgamblers and the ruling did not go my way. I was completely confused why to be honest.
Here is a link to the complaint askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/magical-spin-casino-giving-me-hard-time-with-verification-and-eur5-000-payment .
I am happy to send you any documents you need to prove that my name is Livia Santos. Thank you for reading this. I hope that you are able to help.
Regards
