Joo— player complaints: 7 in English

I won 20000 euros last night on a slot bonus which joocasino where happy to take my wager on , after winning I then wagered roughly 7-8k and lost , called it a night. I woke the next day to find that they had confiscated my winnings but out of the goodness of their hearts had rewarded me with 1000 euros . I’m down about 15k . This casino has treated me unfairly and operates on an unfair basis . Consistently rejects withdrawals operates under its own laws and not the laws which are set out in the uk and Ireland .

Firstly I would like to let u know that I have played at other casinos with similar bonus rules but of I have put the bet up and it was not allowed then it would say stop maximum  bet reached lower your bet now the thing is this rule would probably get a lot of people and if u want people to stick to the rules u also need to put something in place to alert players that it's in breach and I could name a few casinos that have that warning in place u see your players r keeping u in business and I have before breached terms and conditions by accident and I was always given a warning and my funds were released I feel that instead of just looking after yourself and your benefits I feel that u need to look at the players situation and what happened if it was the first time or if it was a continuous  thing cause at the end of the day us players r keeping your casino in business now u didn't even contact me let me no that I was in breach i feel that it was not a massive amount of money i won and i actually won 2800 before i put my bet up to $8 I actually had like 10 % wager left i had completed most of it and when I realized I won i was excited cause i was $4000 short [EDIT] took all that money from me my hopes were crushed to the point that I desperately wanted to try win it back again so I got paid last night $1100  well I used the whole lot at your casino trying to win the money back cause I thought I had already won  the money and [EDIT] then when u canceled my winnings I tried desperately to win it back so I could finally [EDIT] now I no I breached the terms and conditions  but like I said your players who keeps your casino  running and something like this to take all my winnings that's just greedy the thing is if it was not allowed it should of had a warning like the casino was happy to take my money no complaints now when I win some thing it's all of a sudden a problem that's not fair I am just letting u no that I will be contacting casino complaints and have them email u to see if u could consider making an exception cause I feel we were both wrong here not just me u should of had a automatic stop on the bets that r over and I should of not bet $8  but in all fairness I made a mistake not realizing but u allowed the bets to continue knowing they r in breach i would like this matter dealt with so we can move forward cause bad casino reviews will stop players opening an account and if people see u as being unfair then they won't want to join I would appreciate a phone call or email please  Recipient inbox fullYour message couldn't be delivered to [email protected]. Hi I am wondering if you can help me or point me in the right direction for what I should do with Joo Casino as I don't see this being fair. Is there a way if to get around the weekly/monthly withdrawal cap from Joo Casino playing from Australia. I have never ever been so frustrated before. I registered in this casino in the middle of February and luckily won with the first deposit. In a week I had my ID verified, everything was going smooth and then I received the message where it was stated that my win is confiscated because of the provision in the terms that the players from Spain cannot play real money wagering games..
