Hello, I have been registered on 4crownscasino for 3 years, I am a VIP, I have always been loyal to this casino, I have always respected the conditions, on October 15th, I make a withdrawal of 1300€ on November 1st, the vip manager ([EDIT]) makes me an offer by email that if I cancel the withdrawal, my next one, it will be processed immediately, I trusted him and I cancelled the withdrawal the same day, I continue to play by luck I won 4000€ I make a withdrawal request I contacted him two days later for no reason, he replied that he was no longer taking care of my case, despite that, I took my pain in patience except that the withdrawal dates from November 1st and I still haven't received anything and the chat support refuses to give me more information or I am asked to wait longer, I can't deposit anymore because I know I can't make a withdrawal If not what is the point of playing please help solve this problem thank you in advance.

I've been trying to get my winnings paid out for1,5 months. Unfortunately, the live support can't help me. I only get ready-made answers saying they're sorry and there can be delays and I don't get a reply to my emails to 4crowns What is most annoying in the description (about us) is that they say very fast payouts

I requested withdrawal of £910GBP on 11th April 2023. Still not received it. Keep getting told to be patient . I am still waiting

I closed my account with 4crownscasino.comon March 6th. I am a recovering gambling addict and made this known on the live chat when I requested my account be closed. Two days later (8 March) I receive an email inviting me back and offering me free play. I clicked the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email and was presented with a confirmation page saying I had been unsubscribed. Since unsubscribing I have continued to receive as many as 3 emails a week from 4crownscasino.com. Each time one arrives I click the unsubscribe link but it makes no difference. I have used the live chat function on the 4crowns website 3 times to request being unsubscribed. I have made a point of explaining about my gambling addiction and that I do not wish to be contacted ever again. The company continues to harass me every few days with offers intended to tempt me back.

I submitted a withdrawal on the 5th august they said it would be 7-21 working days this then didn’t get paid out after my account and everything has been verified. They returned the funds back into my account twice and told me to resubmit the withdrawal, which I did. This is still pending and I have chased again seen as though this was last submitted on the 5th November and they are saying they have no jurisdiction on behalf of the finance team and nothing can be done to speed up the process. This has been going on since the 5th August

Original request made 11th July 2022 for a withdrawal of £5000. Transaction ID 407580619. Was asked via email for passport and proof of address. All details given, enquired a few times about status told it "takes time". 11th September 2022 it was "automatically cancelled". Funds returned to gaming account. Same day played with the money and turned it into £20000. Made withdrawal request ID 440088213. After contacting support over 6 times and emails this was also "automatically cancelled" and fund returned to gaming account

have been waiting since 12th March for my withdrawal request. its been cancelled twice and deposited back into my account just to go through the waiting 20 or so business days before even being considered. My account is also verified and I have only ever made 3 deposits, its been over 8 months and customer services just keep making lies about emailing the finance department with an update on my request and apologising for the inconvenience. then asking me to be patient. it is getting me nowhere.

I withdrew these funds on the 18th September 2022 they have a 21 days policy and it has been well over that. Now they are ignoring my e mails their contact number does not exist anf they still havnt paid me.

Would just like to know how my account could be verified with my birthday date being 01-01-1980 when I am only 28 years of age.
