Joo Casino game called pirate gold gives you 3 spins wild 3x and treasure continues to play till you get nothing and spins repeats at first spin I got 3x and instead of going back to 3 spins game stopped paid my winnings and stopped at first spin won 750 but supposed to continue last time I won on this game 12k the spins supposed to continue till you get nothing suddenly stopped spins disappeared and gave me my winnings I contacted live support asked me for screen short I said nobody records their games nobody expecting this to happen they use these screen shots excuses about everything she wouldn’t provide me game history only thing they provided was my winnings and refused to investigate and I got a reply from Casino say my winnings were paid but never showed me spins history they should have bonus recording and game play they refused to do so the game stopped paying me because I had 3x with big amount of money I strongly believe they did this on purpose and they wouldn’t provide any game history please help me I have screen shot of live support refusing to help
