Hyper Casino — player complaint #59795, 2024-07-04: withheld payouts

Hello! I ask for help in resolving the dispute with hyper casino. Despite the fact that my account was successfully verified, the casino canceled my 500 Euro winnings that were received in live games. I am accused of violating the rules, but no evidence of my guilt has been presented to me. I declare that I did not allow violations of the rules of the casino. My games fully comply with the Terms and Conditions. I have nothing to do with the violations that the casino accuses me of: allegedly, I took some measures to influence the outcome of the game. During this period, I only played three games (on 4, 9 and 12 January). I was only slightly lucky in the first and third games, and in the second one, I lost 600 euros. The details of these games are attached. I believe the casino is intentionally accusing me to further its own self-interest. The complaint procedure has been followed. On February 28, I submitted a claim to the casino in accordance with the terms and conditions. Please help me return my winnings in the amount of 500 Euros.
