i have verified my account before allready and try to make 2000e whidtraw but my adress is change and they want to document of that and that is sended.. my whidtraw was pending 1 day when they asked new adress document and then it should be check out 24-48h now it has been 24h and asked when it is proved they say 48 and could be longer so this point i dont know how long they will stalling that whidtraw. and this same thing is others players broplem too thats why i file this complain because i know they will ask after 48h again others documents and then its starts all over again. and everytime i check my pending whidtraw they try to get me to cancell that... now i just waiting what is next excuse.
