The player from Canada deposited $100 in Dogecoin but had his account banned, with the casino claiming no deposit was made. He possessed the transaction ID and receipts to prove the deposit. We asked him for the TXID, wallet receipt, and any evidence linking the DOGE transfer to his casino account, but he did not reply. As a result, we were unable to investigate the missing winnings/account closure further, and the complaint was closed due to lack of response.
