Account registered with Goldbet on 5 June 2025. KYC verification completed and approved. Balance reached approximately €2,900.
On 20 June 2025, a withdrawal of €1,000 to my bank card was requested. The following day, the account was blocked, and I received an email stating “duplicate account” as the reason. No supporting evidence was provided.
I have never held any other Goldbet account, nor has anyone in my household.

1. Email from Goldbet citing “duplicate account” closure.
2. Proof of completed and approved KYC verification.
3. Correspondence showing operator’s refusal to provide evidence of duplication.
