Goldbet Casino - Player’s account has been closed.
The player from Latvia had their account blocked after completing the KYC process, while their withdrawal requests were repeatedly rejected for the same reason. They had documented evidence of the rejected withdrawals and a remaining balance of €200 that they were unable to access. We asked the casino to explain the account closure and confiscation of the winnings, but it did not join the complaint or provide any response. As no cooperation was received, we closed the complaint as unresolved because we could not verify the casino’s reasons.
