Still waiting 4 weeks with my account paused for a random security check. Never heard anything like it. I have a balance i want to withdraw and you are just ignoring me. I sent my bank statements 2 weeks ago in case you asked for them and no reply. Why on earth do you think its ok to leave some one waitint for weeks. You ask me to email you then you say its with another team and can't help me. I want my money back from my balance ASAP. Sick of waiting now. Please dont reply and ask me to email you. I do thay and you say you cant help. Nightmare honeslty
