Avoid this casino.Depositing was instant and required no verification. As soon as I tried to withdraw, the delays started.The response times are absolutely appalling. Every time I contact live chat, I'm told my case is "high priority" and that the relevant team will get back to me. I reply to every request within 10 minutes, yet they take days or longer to respond. Then, instead of resolving anything, they come back with another request for more information that could have been asked for from the start.I've now had to complete six separate verification checks and provide far more personal information than I've ever been asked for by any other casino. I've used plenty of gambling sites over the years and have never experienced anything like this just to withdraw my own money.The whole process has been incredibly frustrating. Depositing is easy, but when it comes to withdrawing your money, be prepared for days or longer between responses that don't resolve anything just ask for something new.Update - I did as the below message says and guess what, no response they have ignored that too! Unbelievable.
