I Play a lot with thousands and I hit a verification which took 2 weeks of constant waiting when supplying right documents and I Requested withdrawal of my own 500£ same day on 3rd July as of update 29Th July I have had no update from either live chat or emails they do not respond and have stolen my money and everyday customer service same excuse “team is dealing with the enquiry” good this casino I’m in the process of disputing this casino for breaking all guidelines and time management.Update money has been paid
