If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!!Avoid this Casino!!!3 WEEKS I have been waiting on 2 pending withdrawals£5000£4000I send them PDF documents of my bank statementProof of ID and Address and still review 3 weeks later? Live chat can not give you any updates as its a different department that deal with it and tell you to wait via email for an update... You never get updates on email.I send them an email asking for a timeframe on when this will get done or I will be taking it further and the only response I got from that is it can take upto 8 week!! Ive lost all hope I am ever gonna receive my winnings from this casino and im not even sure if they are following the UKGC law with how they're going about it all! They clearly dont wanna pay out! Worse casino never had anything like this before! Dont sign upto them or you'll lose money as they dont pay out This casino needs shutting down!
