Unfortunately Casumo are not paying out winnings they said they processed it and blaming my bank it’s £40 I deposited £70 I lost £30 that session . As I site I used to enjoy it I’ve been a member for many many years lots of new games and old classics . Some times you win some you lose etc . However what I don’t like is what feels like a scam when you don’t get paid .normally they are good but every now and then they keep the money and don’t pay out . I’ve logged a complaint and hopefully can get it resolved I told the customer services I would write this review to make others aware and they didn’t care. Since complaining they took away my Umoawards and Umo Missions awards/bonus. Also I’m not allowed to make any more deposits since complaining about getting my money ,Nice way to treat someone who is ranked 134. It’s sad it’s ended like this. They paid my £40 but can’t deposit anymore what is a shame
